Only Mid-July...

So, it's almost the end of July, haha getting ahead of myself, I guess it's only mid-July, thank goodness! I have so much going on in the school front still! I'm still working on my correspondence, and I'm in a slow patch for that, because there are silly questions that are discouraging. Also, I just received my Residence 'package' telling me everything I need to know about living there next year - there is like 4 pages of small writing on all the rules, etc. There are also a couple pages I have to send back asap, so I should get around to that too! Some of my relatives are up from BC and Alberta and staying at my house, so I've been not only kicked out of my bed, but out of my house at night to sleep, because there are no beds, and I prefer not to sleep on the couch and be woken up by little ones early in the morning! I'm just staying at my Mom's boyfriends' apartment, which is pretty cool, since I have the place to myself! One set of my relatives come here every summer, for most of the summer, and practically live at my camp...but I don't know how soon they will be able to stay overnight at my camp (or want to). My camp was hit by that big storm the other day - it is located in one of the areas that was hit pretty hard (my camp [above], that my Grandpa built (before the storm) - curtesy of Alyssa)... There are huge trees root up, and fallen everywhere, there are also six holes in the roof of my camp. Amazingly only one window broke, and that was because a huge tree fell on the roof right above it. Somehow the skylights are fine!!! Which is surprising, because the roof was just covered with trees and branches, except for around the two skylights! Our dock, kayak, and canoe are totally fine too, but there were a bunch of trees in the water right around our dock. Nothing inside my camp was destroyed either, truly by the grace of God. And I'm really praying that those who were down at different homes and camps in that area are safe and that they were also blessed with not much damage to there properties.
Love always,
-Bree-
