The Reason I Live

So I've been living in Oakville for all of about 5ish days....my lab classes go by fast (which is good since they are 3-4 hours long), and most of my other lectures (so far) are going by fast enough (most of them are 3 hours long too -- I'm kinda not looking forward to my Anatomy & Physiology Lecture, cuz I bought the textbook..and it's craZy!! Outside of class, time is moving soooo s-l-o-w-l-y...and I'm sure, I'm suppose to learn something from having so much time, like maybe I should get ahead of work or something crazy like that (not my thing!!) lol. I'm really missing home, like you wouldn't believe...and all my family/friends that aren't around [those who moved away too, or that I moved away from].

I was listening to my ipod while I was sitting in bed, with my light off last night, just relaxing, missing people and home...and this song came on...and it just hit me so hard. It has such a great message to it. . .

Anyways, I'm off to read before my class at one!! Yes, yet again, I tried to sleep in, since I had the morning off...it didn't work..I woke up at 8:30 again!!

My Room For 8 Months...

Finally, blogspot let me load pictures!! Sheesh! Anywho, this is my room at the moment (with a couple extra books/binders in the corner!!). I like it - except I've been really bored lately...been going for a couple long walks, exploring, almost getting lost, etc!

I'll try and keep this updated more, since I don't talk to all of you daily. But I'm just feeling really lonley, and anti-social, which is totally not good, but yea.... So I hope I feel better and this feeling passes quickly. I miss you guys like crazy..

Hey EVERYONE!!!!

So here is the 'mass e-mail' [that tuned into a blog, becuase I realized that the e-mail was totally screwed!!] I promised to everyone (a couple days late, but better than never right!) haha. So here I am chillin in my dorm room, talking to a couple people on msn/making plans for tonight, after taking a couple pictures of my almost complete room for the next 8 months! I actually just finished unpacking my clothes, but I still want to put up a wall of pictures (or part of a wall, cuz my walls are so big and I dont like clutter! The celing is super high too, cuz I'm on the top floor of res).

Today I had my first classes of the semester woooooo! My 3 hour long computer lab that was only an hour so my new friend Diana and I hung out (shes in my course, and most of my classes, and also living in res), ate breakfast in her room, and then went to our next class, (only suppose to be an hour long) but became 30 minutes, because some teacher who was in there before ours stole all of our teachers papers she was going to give us, so we got to leave early! and then I had a lecture that was 2 hours long, and she just explained our whole course (like all the different classes we are in, and what we need to buy $$$ and all that jazz) we got our 10 mintue break, and then also got to leave 15 minutes early. So then I called Nate and then my Mommy (cuz she woke me up by calling me late last night, so I had to get out of bed to answer and sound goofy cuz I was sleeping [love you Mom!]).

I'm really liking the dorm rooms, my bed is comfy enough, no complaints there, and my douvay thingy is super comfy too (thanks mom!) And Chris, I'm still contimplating climbing up the shelf to put things up on that wall!! lol

Tomorrow is another early day (8:00 class) but it only goes to 11, and thats all I have and its my first lab!! I get all my course junk/tools in that class...exciting! So if you want my address, phone number, blah blah then just ask me, and I'll give it to you (just don't want to post it on here!). My dorm room also has voice mail, that I set up. So send me some love!!

Anyways, I'm sure there is much more to say, but I have a friend coming up to watch a movie on my lap top with me (since we havent figured out the DVD hook up to the TV -- plus Dad, you didn't give me the cable!! lol)
